Why is the tourist having a long queue while still a lot of empty rooms not occupied??

I checked that your Level is very high.. but investments you have not completed, right?

Try to do more investments to unlock more tourists.

My tourist is long que,if i unlock more tourists there is no more place for them to que anymore, should you upgrade the receiption speed?
